My Top 5 Best Post!

1. Tips On How To Take Criticism! (Without Wanting To Body-Slam Someone!)

"Hope your critiques can protect you!"

1- First step Tell yourself the critic is not putting you down, there just trying to help you. (Me with my first novel I could not take my families, "Oh, it's to kid-ish." or my favorite, "It's okay." criticisms. It gets to the point where your like =

"Don't Touch My Baby!"

2- Accept Their Advice! (Normally their advice is right. But You see with my first book, To me it was my baby, and if anyone tried to change the perfect baby I thought I had. I became Mama-Bear!)

Author-"NOOOooooo!"

High Overseer- "Just Do it!"

3- Change your book and Try Again! (Using your Critics Advice, change the stuff in your book that needs help. Even if it feels like your taking out the best parts of your book also have someone like a High Overseer there who can make sure you make the appropriate changes to your book.) Your book will be better for it. (Promise.)

"I am the Best Author!"

4- IF YOU ACCEPT ALL YOUR CRITIC'S ADVICE, AND APPLY IT TO YOUR BOOK. THEN YOU WILL BE THE GREATEST AUTHOR OF ALL TIME! (Well at least you'll be pretty dang close. Also not all advice people may give you is correct so go find a professional second opinion.)

2. How To Keep Writing On Your Book!(When you feel like Throwing Your book at Something, Your Book Character Would Be Preferred.

Author- "Take that *book character's name*

Book Character- "It's not my fault."

1- Don't Give Up! (First mistake I did when I got Brain-Blocked on my book, was I gave up. You have to push yourselves to finish even if you want to throw something very heavy at your uncooperative book characters.)

Author- "I'm Re-Booting My Creative Energy."

2-Re-Boost Your Creativity! (You see if your getting bored with your book, so will your readers, So go through it and take out what bores you, and replace it with something fun.) To re-boost your creativity grab the parts of your book that excite you and you enjoy reading. Then find out why they make you feel that way. Once you do, put that in your new pages.

Author- "I've Finished! HA! HA!"

3- Write the Ending of Your Book First! (You see if you write the end of your book first. Then It gives you something to look forward to. In my experience it's easier to write when you already know how something is going to end. Sort of like when you watch a sad movie and it gets easier to see after a couple of times.) Point is Once you finish your book you will feel better then if you give up on it!

3. How Not To Leave Out The Important Pats Of Your! (A.K.A. How To Make Sure Your Readers don't Get Lost!)

Reader-"How did they get to the airport?

I never read that in here."

1- Don't Leave Out The Main Stuff In Your Book! (Like for me in my last book, my characters got on a plane and landed in Vienna. But How did they get to the airport? what airport was it? What time was the flight, and when did the character land? Your book readers will ask these questions.) So If you want your characters to be in love with your book and not want to put it down because it doesn't make sense. Cause they will ask-

Author Typing-"Artist 's messy mop of hair

dangles limply down, as the artist waits for inspiration to strike."

2- Make Your Book Relatable! (You have to add things in your book that are real, like the "Empire State Building" (A.K.A. Percy Jackson) Or Add relatable characters, like an artist with messy hair.
Point is,Your readers want to understand your book. So if they can relate to it or if you make a scene that would actually make sense.

3- End Your Book On an Understandable Cliff Hanger! (Like for instants don't end your book, where your main character still hasn't saved his Mom. Like Percy Jackson. You don't want your readers to be like-)

Reader- "I read this entire thing. And

You Can't end it like this."

4. How To Write an Amazing Query Letter!(A.K.A. How To Blow Your Literary Agent Away!)

Author Typing-"Dear (Literary Agents name)"

1- Address it to the Literary Agent! (To be polite.) also I figured out the hard way that if your book is a novel it has to be at least 50,000 words long, no Literary Agent will accept it if it's any less. So make sure your book is at least that lengthily.

Author- "Jimmy Owens is a young ten year old,

mischievous boy who's always getting into trouble."

2- Write a Summary of Your Story!(After you introduce yourself and explain your books awards and achievements, that you got from either a contest entry or a book review you got from a writer.)then write what I would call a summary of your book.

1rst- Explain your character! (a short few words.) like Jimmy Owens is a young ten year old, mischievous, boy who's always getting into trouble. Until his father goes missing.

2nd- then describe the main plot of your book in two paragraphs. (you have to catch your literary Agent's attention.)
like, Jimmy Owens now has to find his missing father, but none of the people in his town seems to care, as if they have all been mind wiped. None of them even remember Jimmy's father ever existing. So alone, Jimmy Owens has to find where his father has gone. With the help of the only other person in his town who remembers his father even being alive, and also the last person to see him. Which is Nana Bimmion. A inquisitive young girl who's always had an interest in the terrestrial. And who tells Jimmy that she saw his dad had been taken by aliens. Now Jimmy with Nana's help, has to find out what really happened to his dad. But when a new comer comes into town, and tells Jimmy that he's and old friend of his Dad's. Jimmy figures out that his Dad was afraid of some unknown entity, that his old friend was going to banish from this earthly plain.

3rd- describe why readers would like it. (A.K.A. your book fan base.)
I think readers will enjoy being able to relate to two vibrant and very opposite characters. Since readers love to grow and learn with book characters. Readers who enjoy the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan, will also like this book.

4th- add details! (A.K.A. where your book is based, and how many words.)
this book is based in modern day Salem Oregon, the word count for this book comes to 50, 789 words.

5th-Give info on you. (like, job, schooling, and achievements you've done.)
like- I'm a unpublished writer, a 2015 graduate from "fill in" highschool.

Author- "Take my Query Letter, Literary Agents!"

3- Thank Them For Their Time!(you see they don't have to read every query letter that comes in, so you should thank them for taking the time for reading yours.) Now that you have completed your query letter every Literary Agent is about to be blown away!

5. How to Add Love Interest in Your Book! (Without Making Your Book Overly Lovey-Dovey!)

Love Crazed Character-"I Can't Live Without You!"

1- Don't Over Sell Love At First Sight!

You see some authors, no names in particular, try to hard to show their characters love connection.
Example: "It would be more prudent for you not to be my friend. But I'm tired of trying to stay away from you, Bella." You all know this love connection is the point of  that book.
You make your books like that your readers will think your characters are love crazed, and unrealistic.

2- Make Your Character's Love Relatable.

(I think love should be subtle in books not the main point of them, unless it's a romance.) You need to make the love
your book characters share instant but real. Example: "The first time I saw Bryce Loski . . . I
flipped." (You need to also have something the book characters share for instants.)

Character main- "I love you!"

3- Make The Love Between Your Book Characters Forever!

(I like Books that have characters that love starts shaky but ends forever. For instants, (Harry Potter)Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, (39 clues)Ian Kabra and Amy Cahill, (Rangers Apprentice) Will and Alyss, (SAO) Asuna and Kirito, (Fairy Tail) Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia.(Mortal Instruments) Alec and Magnus, (Percy Jackson) Annabeth and Percy.)
You want your book characters love to be rooted for by your readers.

Reader- "They Finally Said They Love Each Other!"

4-Make Your Readers Root For The Main Couple!

(At the end of your book you want your readers to be happy with the book couple match-ups you may have. Put together the unexpected couples, like the geek and the prep girl, or the book worm and the Goth kid!) Because like I was for the episode in Castle when "Bucket and Castle said they loved each other". You want your readers to be like-
